Hello!
I am Abi; Single Mom to an amazing pre-teen, Career Creative, and Somatic Business Mentor for 6 and 7 figure brands, plus over 1000 hours of embodiment, yoga, and somatic training under my belt.
...this might sound wild, but I’m pretty certain I was born to be a transformational business coach. Stick with me, it’ll make sense.
Flashback to 17yo Abi…
I was editor of my nationally-acclaimed high school newspaper, traveling around the country, winning multiple awards for writing and design, and on absolute FIRE for creating.
So I moved to Chicago to pursue a degree in advertising… but, as a believer in powerful truth-telling, I quickly fell out of love with the lack of ethics, and shameless manipulation… so I switched my major to pursue Journalism. Imagine my surprise when I figured out that 99% of “journalism” is STILL paid advertising! >_<
Flash forward to 21.
I became a mother, and co-founded my first high volume, high profile business.
From the outside, we had it all: sold out tour-dates stacked back-to-back and held coast-to-coast, dream home, celebrity staff members, viral hashtags and videos, major TV appearances…
…we had everything from the outside.
Behind the scenes I worked from home breast-feeding, designing event flyers, running the nuts and bolts of the business, exhausted, alone and invisible - while my partner traveled and lived in the limelight.
Then four years in, I discovered a brutal truth. My partner had been taking advantage of students behind closed doors. Even worse, most of our team knew, but afraid to speak up. Oh, and our business was nearly bankrupt.
With this revelation came conviction. Some truths are bigger than us.
Some truths must be brought to the light.
I chose to turn him in, and our business imploded.
I lost everything, and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
At 26 I landed my dream job marketing for a start-up in the health industry.
Their marketing message was non-existent, and desperately needed brand awareness. So I took charge, threw myself into growing their wealth and became their secret weapon.
My transformational messaging was a game changer. Within 3 years, they became a $7M annual business.
Again, from the outside, I had it all… an unlimited marketing budget, paid for 5-star vacations, performance based bonuses, luxury office space, big responsibility, complementary electronics, but still, I craved something more for my life.
Working over 50+ hours as a single parent, it broke my heart knowing my daughter was the first kid to be dropped off at school and last to be picked up.
Then one frigid December evening, I opened my journal and made a promise to myself in ink: “Today and every day after this, I am going to choose myself.”
I had spent years pouring all of my talent, skills, and heart into building everyone else’s visions, dreams, and wealth.
So at the height of my career success, I walked away from it all.
I left the security, the status, the bonuses… All of the things I was SUPPOSED to want.
This time I didn’t walk away because of corruption.
I left because I knew I was meant for more.
So I gave myself permission to take a sabbatical, and dove DEEP into the world of Somatics, Embodiment, and Nervous System Healing.
Even before I knew it, the seeds of Vibrant AF were being sown.
At 31 I took a bold leap, and launched The Vibrant AF Entrepreneurship Experience, ca
a private container for heart-lead pioneers. In under a year, I built a thriving 6-Figure coaching business. More importantly, I experienced the gift of supporting the juiciest, heart-centered, embodied leaders discover their freedom.
What brings me the most pride is not compromising my own freedom. I built in the time-space to homeschool my creative 11 year old, to nurture my inner child’s love for writing, for traveling, and creative movement.

I know your God-given Purpose is bigger than you can comprehend.

My calling is to ensure not another moment goes by without making that a living reality for others - to embody and experience a Vibrant AF life…

Today my cup is gratuitously full, and the overflow drips like wet paint from my brush. I now get to live this beautiful assignment: guiding the strokes to reveal masterpieces-in-waiting for other unconventional, transformational, embodied, vibrant entrepreneurs.
